Shipping:

All items are shipped in high quality packaging to avoid shipping damage. All our shippings are by United Parcel Services (UPS) or by United States Postal Service. Most orders ship within 24 to 72 hours.

Wholesale pricing may also differ from quotes in publicity and other sources. Prices are subject to change without notice. Returns:

All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers. To receive an RMA numbers, please email us to request information and we will issue the RMA numbers to you via email. RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days, after that period it will be considered voided. We reserves the rights to refuse or reject any merchandise returned to us with a RMA numbers that had exceed the 14-days validity. RMA numbers must be legibly written on the outside of the carton. All unopened items carry a 30 days money back guarantee. All opened or used merchandise is not refundable under any circumstances. Shipping and Handling charges are absolutely non-refundable. Happy gift will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding products specifications, prices or other information. All sales are subject to Happy gift inc erms and Conditions of Sale.

Please follow the instructions below for ALL returns:
  1. Contact customer service at 909-598 8058 or sales1@2giftswholesale.com obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please write this number on the box or on the address label. Packages received without a RA# will be refused and returned to sender.
  2. Packages must be shipped via insured U.S. mail or the traceable parcel carrier of your choice (such as FedEx or UPS). CODs will not be accepted.
  3. Happy gift inc is not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier. Happy gift inc will refund ground shipping costs for those items that were shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective.
